Vice Adm. Kevin McCoy, commander of Naval Sea Systems Command, addresses attendees at a ceremony officially re-establishing the Intermediate Maintenance Activity at the Southeast Regional Maintenance Center at Naval Station Mayport, Fla. The re-establishment will provide the fleet with a renewed capability to train Mayport-based surface ship crews to perform shipboard maintenance and repairs.
