Petty Officer 2nd Class Xavier Tongson, explosive ordnance technician, U.S. Navy, carries a 155mm round prepped with C4 plastic explosives, March 8, 2018 at Udari Range Complex, near Camp Buehring, Kuwait. The 797th Ordnance Company (EOD), Fort Hood, Texas, conducted a range disposing of four armored vehicles using 80 155mm HE projectiles. The U.S. Embassy – Kuwait provided the four armored vehicles for disposal in accordance with Department of State regulations and provided training and testing for the 797th. (U.S. Army photo by Sgt.
