A pair of Afghan Air Force A-29s return after a mission March 6, 2018, Kabul Air Wing, Afghanistan. The requirements of the AAF dictated the need for the A-29 and in 2016 the first A-29 was delivered. In April of that same year the A-29 was used in the first Afghan combat missions.
