Gen. Joseph F. Dunford, Jr., assistant commandant of the Marine Corps, Medal of Honor recipient H.C. “Barney” Barnum, Jr., and Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal cap off the Joseph J. McCarthy Building dedication ceremony by cutting the ribbon June 27. The $110 million facility is one of the Corps’ newest and is staffed by 1,300 service members and Department of Defense civilians.
