180305-N-FN963-0076 PACIFIC OCEAN (Mar. 5, 2018) Sailors prepare an MH-60R Sea Hawk, assigned to the “Scorpions” of Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron (HSM) 49, to launch during flight operations aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Sterett (DDG 104). Sterett is operating in the Indo-Pacific region to enhance interoperability with partners and serve as a ready-response force for any type of contingency.
