The Souris River is welling in size and breaching dykes built to contain the water in Minot, N.D., June 22. The Souris River is on the rise and the releases from the Lake Darling Dam will be increased, causing water to flood Minot at a record level breaching dikes and leaving thousands of Minot citizens, including military members, their families and DoD civilians, to evacuate the area.
