Lisa and Katie Tudor, wife and daughter, respectively, of Col. Claude Tudor, Jr., the new commander of the 24th Special Operations Wing, receive bouquets of flowers during a change of command ceremony at Hurlburt Field, Florida, March 8, 2018.
