A crew of workers in military-style camouflage uniforms and hard hats are clearing fallen trees and debris from a residential road using a red skid-steer loader (appears to be a Kubota). The scene shows storm damage cleanup with large downed logs and broken branches blocking the roadway. Snow is visible on the ground and rooftops, suggesting a winter storm caused the tree damage.
