Inbound Cargo Specialist, describes the postal tracking process used to organize shipments to a delegation of Senegalese Air Force leadership at Spangdahlem Airbase, Feb. 14, 2018. This program was developed by U.S. Air Force Europe and Air Forces Africa to build partnership capacity with African allies and assist in the building and modernization of their respective organizations. Participants tour active U.S. air bases to view their functions as a working model and use the information gathered to better organize and grow their own air force's capacity.
