Andrew Payne, Army veteran and Get Safe volunteer, acts as a potential suicide victim during deescalation training with Senior Airman Joshua Hill, patrolman, and Tech Sgt. Paul Cruz, flight chief, both with the 60th Security Forces Squadron, Feb. 26 at Travis Air Force Base, Calif.
