Thomas Fisher, medic with the Army National Guard’s 248th Aviation Support Battalion, 449th Combat Aviation Brigade, stands with his residency coordinator and director during his residency at Phoenix Veterans Affairs Hospital July 28, 2018. Fisher is now a citizen-soldier that provides various behavioral health prevention measures, learned through his residency and pharmacy schooling prior to enlisting, to all Soldiers stationed at Camp Buehring, Kuwait, to include a tobacco cessation program overseen by staff assigned to the 449th Combat Aviation Brigade.
