SAN DIEGO (Feb. 22, 2018) Rear Adm. Cedric Pringle, Commander, Expeditionary Strike Group (ESG) 3, addresses commanding officers, executive officers and command master chiefs during an ESG-3 Commander’s Huddle in the wardroom aboard amphibious assault ship USS Boxer (LHD 4). A Commanders’ Huddle provides an opportunity for the leadership of ESG-3 commands to come together and discuss policies, address concerns, and align the vision of the strike group.
