YAVORIV, UKRAINE -- Maj. Gen. John L. Gronski the Deputy Commanding General for Army National Guard, U.S. Army Europe speaks with Canadian, Lithuanian, and Ukrainian instructors at the Yavoriv Combat Training Center here Feb. 21. Currently more than 220 New York Army National Guard Soldiers of the 27th IBCT (fwd) are deployed to Ukraine where they are working hand in hand with the Ukrainian Army as they strive toward their goal of achieving NATO interoperability.
