    Members of the Directorate of Civil Engineering, Royal Thai Air Force await the opening remarks of the multipurpose building dedication at Bankhaotien School, Lopburi, Kingdom of Thailand, Feb. 20, 2018. Part of this year’s focus is on humanitarian civic assistance projects that demonstrate a mutual commitment to support humanitarian interests of allied and partnered nations that will improve the quality of life of the civilian residents.
