VIEQUES, Puerto Rico - Kimberly Blood (left), the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers mission manager for critical public facilities visits a field hospital Feb. 15 that is currently powered by a federal generator. This is one of the 18 federal generators provided for critical facilities in Vieques, including generators installed at water purification pumping stations and field hospitals.
She is accompanied by Kara Hicky (right), a geographic Information systems specialist to measure the dimensions of the area and document the location of infrastructure such as water, sanitary, storm and power at the site.
