Soldiers of the 5th Armored Brigade pose with Yvette Demoss’s (wearing purple) trophy-winning first grade students and parents at Tippin Elementary School in El Paso for “Wellness Wednesday” June 1. As a part of their physical education program, the class won the trophy by running the most laps around the playground, which included laps run by soldiers. The event was coordinated by Capt. Gregory Howard, Jr., center, rear, contracting officer’s representative, whose daughter Taylor is a member of this class.
