U.S. Marine Brig. Gen. Stephen Sklenka, the commanding general for the 1st Marine Logistics Group, passed the petty officer’s cutlass to Master Chief Petty Officer Zachary Pryor, command master chief for the 1st MLG, during his appointment ceremony at Camp Pendleton, Calif., Feb. 13, 2018.
