Michael Morris, a native of Omaha, Neb., who is a surgeon at the 4224th United States Army Hospital in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, conducts a focal abdominal assessment for trauma by using ultrasonic technology during Exercise Red Dragon 2011. Last year 2,700 soldiers were involved in the annual operation that took place in five states.
