U.S. Coast Guard transfers patrol boats to Costa Rican Coast Guard [Image 2 of 4]
Adm. Charles D. Michel, the vice commandant of the U.S. Coast Guard, and Gustavo Mata Vega, the Costa Rican ministry of public security, exchange gifts and pleasantries during a ceremony at the Coast Guard Yard in Baltimore, Maryland, Feb. 13, 2018. The ceremony was to highlight the transfer of two 110-foot patrol boats being transferred from the U.S. Coast Guard to the Costa Rican Coast Guard.
