U.S. Navy Command Master Chief Petty Officer Ben Hodges, command master chief of the amphibious transport dock USS New York (LPD 21), welcomes Marines and Sailors with the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) aboard the amphibious transport dock USS New York. The 26th MEU is participating in a deployment at sea to conduct maritime and peace keeping operations, as well as maintain relations with foreign militaries through joint exercises.
