CLAY NATIONAL GUARD CENTER - Marietta, Ga., Feb. 10, 2018 - Lt. Col. Catherine Cherry, commander, 78th Troop Support Battalion, awards the Army Commendation Medal to Chief Warrant Officer 3 Omar D. Patterson during the 116th Change of Command ceremony. Patterson was awarded the commendation medal for his successful 18-month command of the unit.
