Indian Army Hav. Raitadur Signh and Lalita Punthula help the U.S. forces break the language barrier during the construction of the community center in support of Exercise Cobra Gold 2018 at Bankhaotien School in Lopburi province, Kingdom of Thailand, Feb. 9, 2018. Raitadur is a Construction Engineer with the Engineer Regiment, Bombay Engineer and is a native of Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh, India. Lalita is an English Interpreter for U.S. Forces and is a native of Khon Kaen, Thailand. Humanitarian civic assistance projects conducted during the exercise support the needs and humanitarian interests of the Thai people.
