Royal Thai Army Sgt. Nirath Phongarree applies stucco to the top of the main doorway for a school building in support of Exercise Cobra Gold 2018 at Nongphipadungkitwittaya School in Korat, Kingdom of Thailand, Feb. 7, 2018. Phongarree is an engineer with Engineering Combat Unit, and is a native of Srisaket, Thailand. Humanitarian civic assistance projects conducted during the exercise support the needs and humanitarian interests of the Thai people.
