Jeffrey Dillingham after receiving the Soldier's Medal during a ceremony February 8, 2018 at Fort Wainwright, Alaska. Spc. Stromberg received the award for saving a man's life after a deadly avalanche near Delta Junction, Alaska on April 3, 2016.
