Lviv, Ukraine – Maj. Andrew Ayres, the Joint Multinational Training Group – Ukraine chaplain, is interviewed by local media personnel following a Ukrainian conference formed to address the growing number of combat veterans suffering from PTSD here Feb. 7. Along with local military officers, lawyers, religious leaders, and mental health professionals also were in attendance.
