BLACK SEA (February 7, 2018) A small boat from ROS Regele Ferdinand transfers a Romanian Boarding Team from Standing NATO Maritime Group Two (SNMG2) ship ROS Regele Ferdinand to SNMG2 flagship HMS Duncan.
