A group of U.S. Army soldiers in Operational Camouflage Pattern (OCP) uniforms are standing in formation during what appears to be a military ceremony. A female soldier is holding a purple unit guidon (flag) at the front of the formation. The event is taking place indoors in a facility that displays a 'Public Works Department' sign and unit insignia on the wall.

The U.S. Army 443rd Civil Affairs Battalion, commanded by U.S. Army Lt. Col. Keith McGee, prepares to transfer authority to the 404th Civil Affairs Battalion, at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Feb. 3, 2018. The 404th will conduct military-to-military engagements to strengthen partner nation capacity and relationships with local military forces, civilian populations and civilian authorities. They also advise the Combined Joint Task Force Horn of Africa commanding general on the civil environment. (U.S. Navy Photo by Mass Communication Specialist 2nd Class Timothy M. Ahearn)
