Families and friends wait anxiously for their loved ones to arrive to Coast Guard Base Honolulu aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Joseph Gerczak (WPC 1126) Feb. 4, 2018, the second 154-foot fast response cutter to be stationed in Hawaii.
