SAPPORO, Japan (Feb. 3, 2018) Sailors from Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Mustin (DDG 89) construct a bollard out of snow while assisting the 2018 Navy Snow Team during the 69th Annual Sapporo Snow Festival.
