PANAMA CITY, Florida - Commander, Navy Expeditionary Combat Command Rear Adm. Brian Brakke, USN, emerges from the pier-side waters of the Naval Diving and Salvage Training Center in Panama City, Florida Feb. 1, 2018. Brakke dove the Diver Augmented Vision Display system, a real time, heads-up display system designed to give divers increased situational awareness.
