A Romanian soldier executes proper technique for launching the Raven, unmanned aerial vehicle. Black Sea Rotational Force 11 personnel held a familiarization course for a class of 24 Romanian soldiers at their base in Buzau, Romania. A sustained, rotational opportunity for combined training in the region significantly increases the level of cooperation between our militaries.
