Local Iraqi children gather up a pair of flip flops donated by Operation Flip Flop, an organization started by Spc. John Romansky, a combat engineer with the 299th Multiple Bridge Role Company, 20th Engineer Brigade, and a Rochester, N.Y., native, and his family and friends. Since September, OFF has been donating flip flops every Iraqi Kids Day, on Joint Base Balad, Iraq.
