Chief Warrant Officer 5 Ronald Panter officially assumed responsibility as the 8th Theater Sustainment Command’s command chief warrant officer during a ceremony January 29, 2018 at Fort Shafter, Hawai’i. With the change of responsibility, Panter becomes just the 4th warrant officer in the 8th TSC to hold the position since 2014, and will be the senior leader for the command’s warrant officers.
