Phridoa Tereladze, the commanding officer of the 32nd Georgian Light Infantry Battalion, aboard Combat Outpost Shukvani, May 7. The Corinth, N.Y., native has survived two improvised explosive device attacks and continues to faithfully perform his duties as a Marine.
