Marines at Fort McCoy for the 2nd Marine Air Wing’s Ullr Shield exercise operate military tactical vehicles on the cantonment area on Jan. 18, 2018, at Fort McCoy, Wis. Ullr Shield is a training exercise designed to improve 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing’s capabilities in extreme cold-weather environments.
