A Riverine Command Boat from Riverine Squadron 2 enters the well deck of USS Oak Hill during a Riverine well deck certification in the Chesapeake Bay, May 31. The Riverines made history when they conducted well deck operations with an amphibious ship for the first time. With completion of the well deck certification, the boats have the ability to deploy worldwide to provide combat control for inland waterways and swamps.
