U.S. Sailors from Navy Region Hawaii fold the American flag over the remains of U.S. Navy Reserve Chief Water Tender Paul R. Wright at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Honolulu, Hawaii, Jan. 25, 2018. On Dec. 7, 1941, Wright was assigned to USS Oklahoma which sustained fire from Japanese aircraft and multiple torpedo hits causing the ship to capsize and resulted in the deaths of other 429 crew members at Ford Island, Pearl Harbor. Wright was recently identified through DNA analysis with the help of the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency and returned to his family for burial with full military honors.
