CAMP ARIFJAN, Kuwait (Nov. 29, 2017) - Brig. Gen. Slyvester Cannon, deputy commanding general, and Command Sgt. Maj. Kevin Griffin, command sergeant major, both of the 1st TSC - OCP conducted a battlefield circulation of the Joint Military Mail Terminal at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait.
