FORT CAMPBELL, Kentucky -- Competitors from Blanchfield Army Community Hospital’s NCO/Soldier of the Year Competition wait to hear who will be named the winners during an award ceremony Jan. 19. Blanchfield’s candidates competed in nine events including marksmanship, a physical fitness test, written exam with essay, selection board appearance, land navigation and battle drills.
