    II Marine Expeditionary Force   

    A Marine Attack Squadron 513 pilot flying an AV-8B Harrier soars in the skies of Helmand province, Afghanistan, while being refueled during a combat flight, May 22. F/A-18 Hornets with Marine Fighter Attack Squadron 122 flew with VMA-513 during the first three days of the latter's combat operations to help familiarize the Harrier squadron with the area of operations they would be flying over for the next several months.
