PATROL BASE FULOD, Helmand province, Islamic Republic of Afghanistan - Pfc. Thomas R. Seneika, a machine gunner for Weapons Platoon attached to 2nd Platoon, Company C, 1st Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment, holds security with an M240B Medium Machine Gun on an alley way for his fellow Marines during a patrol near Patrol Base Fulod in Sangin, Afghanistan, May 19. As an M240B gunner, Seneika is attached to 2nd Plt., and serves as a base of fire when on patrol with the traditional rifle squad. Seneika, 18, is from Chelmsford, England, and graduated from Royal High School in 2010.
