PACIFIC OCEAN (Jan. 16, 2018) Two F/A-18E Super Hornets from the Kestrels of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 137 take off from the flight deck of Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70). The Carl Vinson Strike Group is currently operating in the Pacific as part of a regularly scheduled deployment.
