Coast Guard Aids to Navigation Team Bristol approaches a buoy that was knocked off position by ice, Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2018, in the Providence River. The team used their Buoy Utility Stern Loading (BUSL) boat buoy to tow the buoy out of the deep draft channel allowing larger commercial vessels to safely transit to port. (U.S. Coast Guard photo)
