Dutch Ambassador Henne Schuwer speaks during the military funeral for former U.S. Army Air Forces Lt. Edward Fulmer in Syracuse, N.Y. on Jan. 5, 2018. Fulmer was one of the last four living members of the Military Order of William, the Netherlands highest military award. He was honored by the Dutch for his heroism during the Operation Market-Garden airborne invasion of Holland in September, 1944.
