A U.S. Army military ceremony is taking place indoors, likely a change of command or unit activation/deactivation ceremony. Four soldiers in Army Combat Uniforms (ACU) are on a stage, with one holding a unit guidon/colors, while an audience of civilians and military personnel watches. A large American flag is prominently displayed on the wall behind them, along with what appears to be a general officer's flag on the right side.

Lt. Col. Scott Victor, Command Sgt. Maj. Chad Peters, and 181st Infantry Brigade Commander Col. John Cook stand in formation on stage Nov. 12, 2015, during the assumption-of-command-and-responsibility ceremony for the 1st Battalion, 351st Brigade Support Battalion, in building 905 at Fort McCoy, Wis. The battalion also was activated during the ceremony as Victor became the new commander. The battalion is aligned under the 181st and was moved to Fort McCoy as part of First Army’s Bold Shift initiative. Peters is the command sergeant major for the battalion.
