INDIAN OCEAN (Dec. 27, 2017) Gas Turbine System Technician (Mechanical) 2nd Class Andrew White starts the turbines on a landing craft, air cushion (LCAC) during a maintenance check in the well deck of the amphibious transport dock ship USS San Diego (LPD 22).
