Earlier this month, three Idaho Army National Guard Soldiers traveled to Cambodia to participate in a pre-deployment leadership exchange with members of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces. The exchange focused on developing leadership at the platoon and company level. The 10-day mission included discussions on map reading, troop leading procedures, operation orders and production and the use of an operations sand table.
