Redstem Ceanothus is part of the vegetation management plan to improve ecosystem health and enhance elk habitat on lands surrounding the Dworshak Dam and Reservoir. Billy Drewery, was the first forester at Dworshak Dam and Reservior he joined the Corps in 1974 and he continues to volunteer as well as mentor those who have followed in service
