U.S. 5TH FLEET AREA OF OPERATIONS (Dec. 21, 2017) - Brig. Gen. Francis Donovan commends Expeditionary Resuscitative Surgical System (ERSS) 18, a nine-member mobile trauma team, for their work to provide afloat Role II echelon care to U.S. and coalition forces in direct support of naval, Marine Corps and joint special operations missions within the U.S. Naval Forces Central Command / U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations.
