Maj. Gen. Andrew O’Donnell Jr., the assistant commander of the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, presents a letter of appreciation to Jack Ensch, the recently retired director of military marketing for the San Diego Padres, at the Fleet Anti-Submarine Warfare Training Center May 18.
